It is nice to come back to you and share my happiness of the fruit of my studies as a result of what you are doing for me. Sometimes I am asked to intervine in some debates where I apply what i am getting from my studies.
One of the Division directors said that "we are realiszng that you can also give you imput to our area of personal ministries with what you are getting from your school". So he askee me to give a lecture onhow to teach basic adventist doctrines at a workshop duing the Lay personal convention for Portuguese speaking people (Angola and Mozambique) to be held in September at the South Africa Head Office in Bloefountain.
It is a previlage but at the asme time a huge responsability because the goal is to teach how to interprete our doctrines when we give Bible studies and to help our leaders in the churches to have a better understanding of our doctrines in this world that is bombarded by too many dangerous ideas that confuse even our church members. Pray fom me and for all team which some of them are from GC.
Another good News is that the Angola Union President told me that the process of the University of Angola is moving well. Provisorily theUniversity will start in Huambo City while conditions are being prepared for the massive contruction of the University in Bongo Mission Station. The war destroy the mission Bongo Station but miriculously some people are giving some funds for its rebuilding. We also had there a big hospital that was total destroyed . The government gave some funds for the rebuiding of it and a chinee constructors have started building a part of it. We have faith thamore miracles will happen, because that hospital brought to Christ many people in the past that were looking for physical health there. Continue pryaing for us

On mukavaa kirjoittaa teille ja jakaa onneani kanssanne opiskeluni hedelmistä ja siitä hyvästä, jota olette tehneet puolestani. Silloin tällöin minua pyydetään osallistumaan keskusteluihin, joissa voin soveltaa oppimaani.
Eräs osaston johtaja mainitsi: “Olemme huomanneet, että sinäkin voit antaa osasi oppimastasi henkilökohtaiseen lähetystyöhömme”. Niinpä hän pyysi minua pitämään esitelmän adventismista portugalinkielisessä maallikkotyökokouksessa, joka pidetään syyskuussa Etelä-Afrikan osaston toimistossa Bloemfonteinissa. Osallistujat tulevat Angolasta ja Mosambikista.
Se on minulle suuri etuoikeus mutta myös valtava vastuu, koska tavoitteena on opettaa, miten selittää oppejamme antaessamme Raamatuntutkiskeluja ja auttaa kirkkojen johtajia ymmärtämään oppejamme paremmin maailmassa, joka pommittaa ihmisiä kaikenlaisilla vaarallisilla ideoilla jotka hämmentävät jopa seurakuntamme jäseniä. Rukoilkaa minun ja tiimimme puolesta. Jotkut heistä ovat tulleet pääkonferenssista asti.
Toinen hyvä uutinen on, että Angolan unionin esimies kertoi minulle Angolan yliopiston projektin edistyvän hyvin. Ylipisto aloittaa tilapäisissä tiloissa Huambo Cityssä, kun valmistelemme yliopiston suurta rakennusprojektia Bongon lähetysasemalla. Sota tuhosi Bongon aseman, mutta kuin ihmeen kaupalla jotkut ihmiset antavat varoja sen jälleenrakentamiseksi, ja kiinalaiset rakentajat ovat aloittaneet sen pystytyksen. Uskomme, että ihmeitä tapahtuu, koska moni, joka on hakenut fyysistä terveyttä sairaalassamme, on johdettu Kristukselle. Tarvitsemme edelleen esirukouksianne.
